2. Ability to read drawings and understand technical specification
3. Good Knowledge of QMS ISO 9000 : 2000 and 7 QC Tools
4. Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance/control, preferable from oil and gas industry.
5. Male/Female: Max. 30 years old

• General

1. Industrialisation Engineer

Overview :

The Engineering department requires an additional Industrialisation engineer to ensure the manufacturing is based on updated drawings. Standard product is continuously changing due to the equipment availability on the market and minor modifications requested by the client. For each proper model drawing, complete BOM and Master list have to be transmitted to the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities :
Collect the correct documents for each order and give to the manufacturing 40%
Apply or write the proper procedure to fill the database
Collect drawing from designer and check the final assembly
Provide the master list and BOM for each product to the manufacturing (1 per month)
Handle the modification of standard products 40%
Adapt new engine, modification of electric pump to mechanical one, cooling system, basic hydraulic
clutch, bolt and weld assembly
Bearing choice & calculation (force lifetime, assembly analysis)
Reply to client request 20%
Check information from supplier or data sheet and reply to the inquiry

Qualifications :
S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
5 – 10 years of experiences
Good English required (Overseas experience appreciated)
Good mechanical background compulsory (experience in civil construction’s machine
manufacturing or similar)

2. Industrialisation- Process/Method Engineer

Overview :

We require a Method/Process Engineer to work with the Engineering & PRP departments ensuring accuracy prior to production. He will be responsible to ensure that the parts being produced accurately match design drawings. Once accuracy is confirmed he will provide the code to the CNC operator. This role requires an individual who is a leader with effective communication skills. A strong background in mechanical engineering is essential along with CNC machine experience.

Responsibilities :
From the detailed drawing provide the code for the CNC 40%
Define tools and different machining sequences, and parameters of cutting process (using Cam works)
Define launching time
Keep the database code up to date
Advice the Designer 30%
Help designer for the feasibility of the cutting process (tolerance, min radius, surface finishing)
Analyze of part and complete the drawings
Follow up of Fast prototyping 30%

Qualifications :
S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
1 – 5 years of experiences
English required
Experience in machining or Method department

You will be responsible to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Field Control & Instrumentation equipment at Boiler & Turbines Plant Area.
