A listed company with offices in Southeast Asia is looking for qualified candidate to head their Investment team.

Head of Investment (Industrial/Commercial)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
As the Head of Investments, you will lead a team in developing business strategies and evaluate business opportunities locally and overseas. This will also entail pursuing potential investments and asset acquisitions, developing new business set-ups, investing in real estate projects as well as structure and negotiate deals for asset acquisition.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years working experience in business development in related field.
· Must possess a degree in Real Estate / Finance or its equivalent with post graduate qualifications in Finance.
· Regional investment exposure in real estate market is an advantage.
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across divisions.
· Strong communication skills. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
