The IT Services (ITS) organization gives Shell businesses a competitive edge anywhere they choose to operate – rapidly, reliably and cost efficiently. The IT Infrastructure strategy embraces current business realities guided by the Group strategy of ‘More Upstream, Profitable Downstream’. The IT Services (ITS) organization spans three key areas, namely Demand Management, Supplier Management and Delivery Management.

1. Information Security Incident Manager (ITS)

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Responsible for deploying, operating and continuously improving the Information Security Incident Management process and service, which operates on a global and 24×7 basis;
Review and identify causes of the incidents, develop corrective actions, reassess inherent risks and drive for proactive and preventive actions;
Train and equip a team to manage and response to the incident and document to ensure the lesson learned are shared;
Commission and coordinate forensic investigations where appropriate;
Provide an emergency response capacity in the event of a major information security incident, including liaison with Shell’s global emergency team and vendor’s emergency response teams.

Requirements:
Degree in IT or equivalent;
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in IT industry; with at least 6 years’ extensive experience in IT Security and Service Management/Delivery;
Certifications in ITIL or Information Security qualifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be advantageous;
Technical knowledge and experience on Network Infrastructure and UNIX or Windows NT would be advantageous;
Excellent experience in incident management and service delivery with track record of delivering good results;
Authorization to work in Malaysia is required for this position;
A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position;
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this position.

2. Information Security Assessment & Performance Specialist (ITS)

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Assess and report regularly on the performance and overall effectiveness of information security services;
Ensure compliance to Shell’s control requirements through vulnerability management, network and device discovery and periodic penetration testing exercises;
Recommend improvements of security standards, controls and services, by keeping abreast of emerging threats to the security infrastructure.

Requirements:
Degree in IT or equivalent;
Minimum 6 years’ working experience in IT industry; with at least 4 years’ experience in a security assessment or service management/delivery capacity;
Certifications in ITIL or Information Security qualifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be advantageous;
Able to work under broad direction but is a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently;
Authorization to work in Malaysia is required for this position;
A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position;
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this position.

2. To monitor and control the environmental condition in the warehouse in accordance with policy and procedure to maintain quality of stored materials
3. To ensure recording/adjusting of stored materials recorded in inventory control system is accurate and complete, and is filled in accordance with company procedures to maintain stock record accuracy
