1. HR Administrator
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Update employee data and information.
Handle training program and monthly expenses.
Handle recruitment process.
Handle employee resignation process.
Handle employee attendance.
Handle Health Insurance Claim and Process.
Handle HR Administration.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Chinese.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

2. Payroll Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

To perform personnel administration process related with the salary administration and employee personal file management.
Prepare Monthly Report and Annual Income Tax Return of Art. 21.
Prepare Jamsostek report.
Handle monthly salary.
Prepare vouchers related with salary, health, jamsostek, etc.
To record and handle health insurance claim.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
High Integrity.
Familiar with Payroll System.
Familiar with Income Tax PPH 21 and Jamsostek.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
