Scholarship : Saxion University Scholarships 2009-2010

If you want to study in Holland, there are some universities that offer scholarship for talented non EU students (international students). One of them is Saxion University. Saxion is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands. We offer a broad range of bachelor and master programmes.

Saxion is among the largest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands. Our origin dates back to the early 1900s, when our predecessors were established. Nowadays Saxion University has become an important centre of expertise in the region. Our student population amounts to 20,000 and is still growing.

Saxion University Scholarships

We’re proud to be able to offer scholarships to talented bachelor students from outside the EU/EEA region. There are 3 kinds of scholarship available for international students:

Saxion Talent Scholarship (STS)

For talented students a partial scholarship is available that will give a substantial reduction on the tuition fee.


– You must have admission to one of Saxion’s International Bachelor programmes as a new student in the bachelor programme,
– You must be a student with a nationality from outside the EU/EEA,
– Scholarships are only awarded for programmes of at least 6-month duration
– Scholarships are awarded for one academic year.

How to Apply

The application for your Bachelor course, will also count as application for the Saxion Talent Scholarship.
